Return to SAVVA

At a glance

  • We process information needed to operate SAVVA (for example, your public wallet address and content you publish).
  • Some data is inherently public due to blockchain/IPFS (for example, on-chain transactions and public posts).
  • We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers to run the service.
  • You can request access or deletion of off-chain data, subject to technical and legal limits.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how SAVVA (“SAVVA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Wallet information: your public blockchain address and related public on-chain activity.
  • Profile information (optional): display name, avatar, bio, links, and other details you choose to publish.
  • Content you submit: posts, comments, media, and metadata you choose to publish or store through the Service.
  • Transaction references: hashes / identifiers needed to display or verify blockchain transactions initiated by you.
  • Usage and diagnostics (limited): basic logs needed to keep the Service reliable and secure (for example, error logs, crash diagnostics, and feature usage in aggregate where feasible).
  • Device and technical data: device type, OS version, browser/app version, language, and approximate network information (for example, IP address) for security, abuse prevention, and delivery.

We do not collect your private keys or seed phrase. Never share them with anyone.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Service (display content, connect wallets, enable interactions).
  • Security and abuse prevention (fraud detection, rate limiting, investigation of suspicious activity).
  • Customer support and communication (respond to requests and send important service notices).
  • Improve and maintain the Service (debugging, performance analysis, feature development).
  • Legal compliance and enforcement of our terms.

4. Blockchain, IPFS, and public data

The Service uses decentralized technologies. Please understand:

  • Blockchain data is public and persistent. Wallet addresses and transaction history are visible to anyone who queries the chain.
  • IPFS content may be replicated. Content stored on IPFS can be cached or pinned by third parties outside our control.
  • Deletion limits. We may be able to delete or update certain off-chain records, but we generally cannot remove data from blockchains or from IPFS nodes operated by others.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information in these cases:

  • Public content: anything you publish publicly is visible to other users and may be indexed by third parties.
  • Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics/diagnostics, content delivery, support tooling). They may process data only on our instructions.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business changes: in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

We use local storage and similar technologies for essential functions (for example, session state, settings, and security protections). If we use analytics, we aim to keep it limited and focused on improving reliability and performance.

7. Data retention

We retain off-chain information only as long as needed to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Public blockchain data and third-party IPFS caching may persist independently of our retention practices.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold off-chain, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

  • Access and receive a copy of off-chain personal information we maintain about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of off-chain personal information, subject to technical and legal limits (see Section 4).
  • Opt out of non-essential communications (where applicable).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no online service is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet credentials and device.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we take steps to provide appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
