Starting November 1, 2026, Monad will be the only officially supported blockchain for SAVVA. On that date, we will stop operating the official SAVVA PulseChain node.
This is a change to the infrastructure maintained by our team. SAVVA’s deployed smart contracts on PulseChain will remain in place, and existing user posts will be preserved. Anyone who wishes to continue building or operating a SAVVA network on PulseChain will still be able to do so using the platform’s open-source software.
What changes on November 1
The official SAVVA PulseChain node will stop operating. Anyone who needs continued access to SAVVA services on PulseChain will need to set up and maintain their own SAVVA PulseChain node.
The server application and user interface are open source, and documentation for installing and configuring a node is available. Independent operators can use these tools to continue running their networks and building new applications on PulseChain.
We encourage anyone who relies on the official node to prepare their own infrastructure before November 1 to avoid an interruption in service.
Smart contracts and posts will remain
The transition will not remove or alter SAVVA’s deployed smart contracts. These contracts are immutable and will remain on PulseChain.
Existing posts will remain stored on IPFS, and the team’s Pin Service will continue pinning them. Stopping the official PulseChain node will not delete users’ posts or end our pinning of that content.
Preserving content and providing access to it are separate responsibilities: the posts will remain available on IPFS, while continued operation of a SAVVA network on PulseChain will require an independently maintained node and interface.
This independence is a fundamental benefit of SAVVA’s open-source design. The community’s ability to use the platform does not end when the team stops operating a particular deployment.
Thank you to the PulseChain community
We are grateful to the PulseChain team and community. Supporting PulseChain at its launch was the right decision for SAVVA: it was a new blockchain with an enthusiastic community and low transaction fees, providing an opportunity to launch our Ethereum-based system.
PulseChain played an important role in that stage of SAVVA’s development, and we continue to wish the network and its community success.
Today, however, we do not see enough demand from our users to justify maintaining the official PulseChain infrastructure. Most SAVVA networks have moved to Monad, and concentrating our resources there will allow us to better support the platform’s active users and continued development.
From November 1, our official blockchain support will focus exclusively on Monad. For those who choose to remain on PulseChain, the contracts, preserved content, open-source software, and installation documentation will remain the foundation for continuing independently.
Thank you to everyone who has helped build SAVVA on PulseChain.
